Solutions

Smarter, scalable solutions for every practice

Technology and services that streamline operations, lift collections and give clinicians their time back, adopted together as a platform or engaged one at a time.

The problem

Practices don't lose money dramatically. They lose it quietly.

There is rarely a single catastrophic failure. There are dozens of small ones: a charge that never posted, an authorization nobody chased, a note finished at 11pm, and together they decide your margin.

4-5

disconnected systems in a typical practice

Your systems don't talk

Charges stall between the EHR and the biller. Results arrive by fax and get rekeyed. Every handoff between vendors is a place where revenue quietly leaks out.

1 in 5

claims denied on first submission

Denials get written off, not worked

Most denials are recoverable, and most are never reworked. The revenue doesn't vanish dramatically. It disappears into an adjustment code nobody reviews.

2 hrs

of documentation per hour of care

Clinicians chart until midnight

Documentation burden is the leading driver of physician burnout, and burnout is the most expensive staffing problem in medicine. Replacing one physician costs a multiple of their salary.

What you get

Four places where the work gets easier

Each of these runs on the same platform and the same data, so improving one does not mean breaking another.

Revenue Cycle Management

Collect more of what you have already earned

Between underpayments, denials and abandoned A/R, the average practice writes off revenue it was fully entitled to collect. Certified billing specialists and AI-driven claim intelligence close that gap, and show you exactly where every dollar is.

  • Eligibility verified before the visit, not after the denial
  • Payer-specific edits run on every claim before submission
  • Denials worked to resolution and fixed upstream so they stop recurring
  • Every remittance compared against your contracted rates

AI Products

Eight products. One rule: AI recommends, people decide

The high-volume, low-judgement work is where practices lose the most hours: writing up visits, reading long charts, coding encounters, chasing authorisations, checking claims, working denials. Our eight AI products handle that layer, and an authorised person approves anything that reaches a chart, a claim or a payer.

  • Quill drafts the note during the visit; Lumen makes a long chart readable
  • Tally recommends codes and modifiers, and cites the documentation for each
  • Threshold estimates what the patient owes; Passage catches the prior auth first
  • Bulwark checks the claim both sides of the payer; Recourse works the denials

Patient Experience

Meet patients where they already are

Patients book flights and bank transfers from their phone in seconds, then hit a clipboard and a hold queue at your front desk. We close that gap with a digital experience that is easier for patients and lighter for your staff.

  • 24/7 online self-scheduling inside your real availability rules
  • Digital intake and insurance capture completed before arrival
  • Two-way secure messaging that replaces endless phone tag
  • Clear statements with text-to-pay and self-service payment plans

100%

Relay

Never send a patient to voicemail again

Relay answers every inbound call on the first ring, day or night. It books and reschedules appointments in your live schedule, verifies coverage, and writes everything back to the chart: escalating anything clinical to your team with full context attached.

  • Conversational voice AI with no phone tree to navigate
  • Unlimited concurrent calls, so nobody waits on hold
  • Insurance captured and eligibility checked during the call
  • Clinical or urgent calls escalated instantly with a full transcript

One connected platform

Seamless workflows for smarter healthcare

Clinical, financial and operational work running on one data model, so nothing has to be rekeyed, reconciled or chased between systems that were never designed to cooperate.

AI-powered clinical workflows

  • Ambient documentation that drafts the note during the visit
  • Clinical decision support surfaced at the point of care
  • Coding intelligence that flags specificity gaps before billing
  • AI-assisted denial prediction and appeals drafting

Complete practice management

  • Rules-based scheduling across providers and locations
  • Real-time eligibility at scheduling and check-in
  • Referral and prior authorization tracking to closure
  • Automated reminders with waitlist backfill

Patient engagement

  • 24/7 online self-scheduling within your rules
  • Digital intake completed before arrival
  • Two-way secure messaging and text-to-pay
  • Automated recall and preventive care outreach

Financial intelligence

  • Live dashboards for A/R, denials and collections

What happens next

From first conversation to live in 30 days

Most practices are live inside 30 days. Here's exactly what that looks like week by week, and what we need from you at each stage.

  1. 1Days 1-3

    Discovery & assessment

We map your systems, payer mix, workflows and revenue leakage before configuring anything. You get the findings in writing whether or not you proceed.

  2. 2Week 1-2

    Configuration & migration

Templates, fee schedules and users are built for your specialty while historical charts, balances and open A/R are migrated and reconciled against your own reports.

  3. 3Week 3

    Training & parallel run

Role-based training for providers, front desk and billing staff, with claims running in parallel so nothing depends on a single switchover day.

  4. 4Week 4

    Go-live & optimization

We are on site or on call through your first live week, then review your KPIs against specialty benchmarks at 30, 60 and 90 days.

FAQ

Common questions about Healthcare SBC

Straight answers on scope, pricing, implementation and data ownership.

What does Healthcare SBC do?
Healthcare SBC (Healthcare Solutions & Billing Corporation) provides healthcare IT and revenue cycle services to medical practices, groups and health systems. That includes an integrated EHR and practice management platform, full-service revenue cycle management and medical billing, medical coding, credentialing, interoperability engineering, and AI-powered clinical documentation and front-office automation.
Do I have to replace my current EHR to work with Healthcare SBC?
No. Our revenue cycle, coding, credentialing, interoperability and staffing services all work with your existing EHR and practice management system. Many clients begin with services on their current systems and evaluate SpeedCare, our unified platform, separately, if at all.
How is Healthcare SBC priced?
Revenue cycle management is typically priced as a percentage of net collections, which aligns our incentives with yours. We are paid when you are paid. Platform licensing is priced per provider. Services such as credentialing, coding and interoperability are scoped individually. There are no per-interface fees.
What size organizations does Healthcare SBC work with?
We work with solo practitioners and small independent practices, multi-specialty groups, academic faculty practices, hospitals and health systems, and medical billing companies serving their own clients. Services and platform configuration are scoped to the size and complexity of each organization.
How long does implementation take?
Most single-location practices are live within 30 days. Multi-location groups and health systems run a phased rollout on the same four-week cadence, with the first sites live inside 30 days and remaining sites following in waves. Revenue cycle service engagements can begin faster still, often inside two weeks.
Who owns the data?
You do, without qualification. Your clinical and financial data belongs to you, and we provide complete exports in standard formats at any time and at no cost, including at the end of an engagement.
